January 09, 2018
Bhuj: Security agencies and Border Security Force(BSF) primarily concluded that satellite phone signals traced in border area of Kutch were from hunters that had camped across the border in Pakistan. The hunters camping near border in Pakistan are highly rich persons and they are using satellite phones. Pakistani Rangers grant hunting permissions to rich persons in their areas. Such hunters or rangers officials accompanying them might have used satellite phones.
