Hasmukh Jethwa is new Mayor of Jamnagar, Karsan Karmur his deputy

Jamnagar/Rajkot:
Ruling BJP today announced that Hasmukh Jethwa would be Mayor of Jamnagar municipal corporation (JMC) while Binaben Acharya would be on this post in Rajkot Muncipal Corporation (RMC).
The party has announced to make Karsan Karmur the deputy mayor of JMC while Ashwin Moliya has been named as the new deputy mayor of RMC.
Hasmukh Joshi and Uday Kangad have been been named as the chairman of the standing committees of the JMC and RMC respectively.
Notably, BJP had named the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Ahmedabad (Bijalben Patel and Dinesh Makwana), Surat (Jagdish Patel and Nd Nirav Shah) and Bhavanagar (Manhar Mori and Ashok Barraiya) yesterday.
