VNSGU to build a real size replica of poet Narmad’s house

Surat based Veer Narmad South Gujarat University will build a real size replica of poet Narmad’s old house.
The replica will be built inside the university campus. The Surat Municipal Corporation(SMC) has declared Rs. one crore assistance for this project.
The replica of Narmad’s old house will have a permanent exhibition of Narmad’s hand-written manuscripts and other things associated with Narmad.
Narmad’s house is situated at Amliran in wall city area of Surat. However it is located in narrow lane, and therefore visitors face difficulty.
