Maruti Suzuki’s Gujarat decision to be out this Saturday

Maruti Suzuki India Limited may take its decision whether to establish a new car plant in Gujarat or elsewhere this Saturday during its board meeting. The company will also announce its second quarter results in same meeting.
The company had earlier declared its intention to invest around Rs 18,000 crore.
Last month, a team from Maruti Suzuki, led by Suzuki motors corporation Chairman Osamu Suzuki, Maruti Suzuki Chairman RC Bhargava and MD Shinzo Nakanishi met Gujarat Chief Minister with an agenda to discuss possibility of setting up a new car manufacturing plant in Gujarat.
