In this mandir of Gujarat, people offer living crabs to God(Video)

Our Hindu culture has numerous shades. Now see this one, here is a mandir in Surat where once in a year on specific day according to Gujarati Vikram Samvat tithi, the visitors come and offer crabs to Shivalinga.
Those who sought something before Lord Shiva, and their wishes are fulfilled, come to the mandir and offer crabs.
After receiving number of crabs throughout the day from visitors, the mandir authority collect all of them in a bucket and release them into the sea which is just nearby.
