Border Security Force(BSF) has rescued nine Indian fishermen from Sanvla peer creek in Kutch. Three of them are critical.

According to details available from BSF, on 17th of August one Umed sagar boat left Okha port for fishing. On 24 August the boat faced accident in Savla peer area.

BSF came to know abot this incident through local sources and started a rescue operation.

Nine fishermen rescued from the boat were taken to Koteshwar. Condition of three of them was critical.

Umedsagar boat is owned by Kanubhai who is originally from Tapi district of south Gujarat.

According to BSF, nine fishermen were struggling for life during 24-27 August in a remote creek area of Savla peer.
