Railways to introduce onboard shopping in Shatabdi trains

Indian Railways has decided to introduce onboard shopping facility through trolley for a range of luxury product like perfumes, skincare products, handbags, chocolate, souvenirs, watches and exquisite jewellery among other gift items in premier Shatabdi trains.
The pilot project will be launched for a month in Bhopal Shatabdi train. The firm has deposited Rs two lakh as security money and will also pay 12 per cent of the sale to railways.
