Rahul Gandhi is ‘Second-in-Command’ in Congress:Oscar Fernandes(Video)

All India Congress Committee General Secretary Oscar Fernandes today said that Rahul Gandhi is second-in-command in the party, and whether a title is given to him or not is immaterial. He said Rahul is General Secretary of the Congress party and he has a great deal of responsibility. Fernandes said that Rahul Gandhi visits villages which is similar to what Mahatma Gandhi used to do in his time.
Fernandes made this remark in a reply to local media in the Christian majority area of south Gujarat on the sidelines of the Congress party’s campaign rally.
