SC rejects Sanjiv Bhatt’s plea seeking interrogation of Modi

The Supreme Court today rejected controversial suspended IPS Sanjiv Bhatt’s plea demanding interrogation of Narendra Modi.
Bhatt wanted Nanavati commission to summon Gujarat Chief Minister for his interrogation in connection with year 2002 riots.
The Supreme Court however rejected Bhatt’s plea and passed a remark that Bhatt had filed PIL for publicity.
