Ishrat case:CBI summons Special Director of IB as accused

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today summoned the Special Director of the Intelligence Bureau in connection with the Ishrat Jahan fake encounter case. Special Director Rajendra Kumar, who was the intelligence officer responsible for routing information about all the encounters that took place in Gujarat between 2001 and 2005, was summoned as an accused in the case.
