Mauritius Labour Party’s leader Ms Juggoo visits Gujarat CM

Mauritius’ Labour Party’s General Secretary Ms Kalyanee Juggoo today paid a courtesy visit to Gujarat Chief Minister Smt. Anandiben Patel.
During their meeting, the visiting leader Ms Juggoo shown a keen interest in the aspects that has made all-round developments of the state and empowered the women in Gujarat.
The Chief Minister also explicited new concept of ‘Gender Budget’ implemented in the state, under which 33% reservation provided to women in the state police force, empowering of rural women through Sakhi Mandal scheme and others to Ms Juggoo.
Smt. Patel also expressed good wishes to Mauritius leader that women get more empowered in the general election of that country to be held in year-2015.
The Chief Minister also extended formal invitation to Mauritius leader for the forthcoming ‘Vibrant Gujarat Global Investors’ Summit-2015 to be held in January, next year.
