MoS Health Gujarat, Shankarbhai Chaudhary tests positive for Swine Flu

The latest person in grip of Swine Flu is Minister of State for Health Shri Shankarbhai Chaudhary.

Health Minister Nitin Patel confirmed that Shankarbhai’s Swine Flu report has been positive.

Shri Chaudhary is now taking rest at his residence.

After Gujarat Assembly Speaker, couple of IAS officers, Gujarat University Vice Chancellor, Shri Chaudhary is the latest public figure to suffer from Swine Flu in this season.

Ever since the spread of Swine Flu in this season, Shri Chaudhary has been visiting various hospitals. He used to visit Swine Flu wards in public hospitals to ensure that there’s proper treatment available. He also used to interact with patients and inquire whether they are happy with treatment offered in government facility. He of course used to take all protective measures but somehow he has been caught with infection.

In related development, Collector of Ahmedabad district has prohibitted public gathering in any form.
