A group of Patidars today evening attacked house of minister of state for Home Rajni Patel with stones. Window glass was broken with stones by more than 100 persons. Rajnibhai’s this house is situated in a construction scheme site. He doesn’t stay here and the house was closed when stones were pelted. This incident happened after arrest of Patidar Anamat Andolam Samiti leader Hardik Patel by police from GMDC ground.

In another development, two press photographers Jignesh Vora and Bhavesh Ravat were taken to hospital after they suffered injuries in police lathicharge at GMDC ground.

After heavy stone pelting at CTM Rabari Colony opposite Wonder Point on police, tear gas shells were lobbed to control the crowds.

There are reports of Patidar mobs burning buses, attacking police including traffic police, fire brigade vehicle, blocking highways etc in Ahmedabad.
