During ‘Jail Bharo’ agitation given by north Gujarat based Sardar Patel Group(SPG) in Surat, Patidar community agitators torched waste dumping contained in Patidar populated Varachha area. Patidar agitators threw bangles in Varachha police station and pelted stones, in response of which police lobbed tear gas shells. Hardik Patel led Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti(PAAS) convener Dharmik Malavia has given Gujarat bandh call on Monday in reaction to police actions in Surat and Mahesana against ‘Jail Bharo’ agitation.
