Mundra court summons AAP leader Ashish Khetan

Bhuj: Aam Admi Party(AAP) leader Ashish Khetan has been summoned to remain present in Mundra court on 5 November in response to defamation plea filed by Adani group against him.
Ashish had in a press conference held at Delhi on 2nd July made allegations against Adani group and put its recorded video on Yotube and on AAP website.
Ashish alleged that the central government has given waiver of Rs 200 crore fine to Adani group. In response to this Adani Port and SEZ advocate Bharat Dholakia filed defamation case in Mundra based Judicial Magistrate First Class court on 28 July and alleged that Ashish had made baseless allegations in attempt to cause damage to Adani group’s prestige. Khetan has not replied notice issued to him regarding baseless allegations and statements.
