Chief Justice of India on Ahmedabad visit

Ahmedabad: Chief Justice of India T S Thakur will be on a two day visit of Ahmedbad from tomorrow.
During his visit the CJI will inaugurate a newly built auditorium of the Gujarat High Court on the first day and will also participate in some other functions on the next day.
The city police has issued a public order regarding restrictions on parking in various areas including the Vastrapur lake main gate and Hotel Hay in the wake of CJI’s visit.
Incidentally, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also arrive here tomorrow evening on a two day visit of his home state Gujarat. He would however not stay in the city and move to Gandhinagar for a night halt at Rajbhavan before going to Limkheda in Dahod and Navasari to participate in two events the next day on the occasion of his 66th birthday.
