Ahmedabad: Today is Labh Pancham. Businesses across Gujarat are going to reopen today after Diwali break as per tradition. Gujarat Chief Minister in his tweet in the morning said: May the auspicious day of restarting business – ‘Labh Pancham’, brings benefit, comfort and good luck in everyone’s life, business and family.

While businessmen will follow the Labh Pancham muhurat and reopen their businesses today, the actual business will start only from Monday.

On Labh Pancham, those believing in Jain faith also mark Gyan Panchami.

Displays of instruments used for writing are organized at various places associated with Jain faith on this day.
