Tribal products of Gujarat to be sold on Amazon platform: MoU signed

Gandhinagar: Handicraft products made by tribal people across 14 districts of Gujarat will now be sold at online international platform of Amazon, thanks to Memorandum of Understanding(MoU) signed between Amazon and Tribal Development department of Government of Gujarat today at Vibrant Gujarat Summit’s country seminar of USA.
According to Shri Ravishankar, Commissioner for Tribal Development, horticulture, village industries, hand weaving, handicraft items including bamboo craft, varli painting, Pithora painting, Bhada painting, clay craft, forest products like honey, musli, hurban medicine, Nagli papad, Nagli biscuits, Nagli bamboo will be sold online through Amazon platform with today’s MoU.
