Mini road-show like scene created near Rajkot airport, scheduled one to take place in evening

PM Modi sitting at the front seat of his vehicle stood through the half opened gate and kept waving at the people gathered on the roadside in large numbers.
Flower petals were showered on his vehicle. Chief Minister Vijay Rupani sitting on the rear seat of the same vehicle also emulated the PM on the other side of the vehicle.
BJP Rajkot unit president Kamlesh Mirani said that it was not a road-show but a welcome by the party to the beloved leader at the airport.
‘The actual road-show would be start from Aaji dam after the rally there in the evening and would reach the airport crossing through various areas of the city including Kishanpara, Bahumali chowk, Zila Panchayat Chowk and Mayor Bungalow,’ he said.
It would be his second grand show in the big cities and in all third of Gujarat this year including the one in Surat on April 16 and in Kandala on May 22.
