Bharuch: Armed forces, para military forces, Gujarat police jawans and artists from 33 states will perform at cultural event at Statue of Unity on 31st October in presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

7 ceremonial bands of Gujarat Police, SRP, CRPF, Army, Navy and Air Force will present music at inauguration function of state of unity. Cultural groups from 29 states and 2 union territories will also give performances.

Gujarat Police’s bugalors will welcome the guests with Welcome Band. Later PM will dedicate the Wall of Unity. After this, various cultural groups will give performances. The list includes Kerala’s Panchvadyam, Tamil Nadu’s Dami Horse, Karagam, Kavdi, Andhra Pradesh’s Garagulu, Puducherry’s Kailiattam, Karnataka’s Dholukunitha, Korba Bharwad community’s Dhol bravery dance, Telangana’s Mathuri dance, Chhattisgarh’s Panthi dance, Daman’s Machhi dance, Arunachal Pradesh’s Rikhkhampad, Assam’s Bihu, Meghalaya’s Vangla, Mizoram’s Chero bambu dance, Nagaland’s Makuhengichi war dance, Tripura’s Hozagiri, Sikkim’s Sanghiyam, Punjab’s Bhangda, J&K’s Rauf, Himachal’s Himachali Nati, Jharkhand’s Paika, Bihar’s Holi and Jali Jala, Odisha’s Odishi, Haryana’s Ghumar, Madhya Pradesh’s Bandhai, Uttarakhand’s Chhapeli, Rajasthan’s Langi gher, Manipur’s Dhol, Dholak, Cholam, Gujara’s Siddi dhamal, Goa’s Musal khel, UP/Bengal’s Mayur and Puraliya dance, Gujarat’s Janaiya dhol, Maharashtra’s Sangi mukhauta, Gujarat’s Dangi, Rathwa and more.

Gujarat Police will present Vande Mataram, SRP will present Ae mere vatan ke logo, CRPF will present Desho ka sartaj Bharat, BSF will present Mera mulk, mera desh, Army will present Kadam kada badhaye ja, IAF will present Sare jahan se achha.
