Rajpipla – Poicha highway to have four lane conversion thanks to Statue of Unity

Bharuch: Statue of Unity has triggered many development works in entire Narmada district. The latest is proposed construction of Rajpipla – Poicha four lane road.
The Government of Gujarat has given green signal to this project and made announcement of Rs. 75 lakh grant.
Road and Building department of Narmada district has initiated the procedure of land acquisition and issued notification instructing government and private companies to relocate their underground cables.
It should be noted that four lane conversion of Vadodara to Kevadia (Statue of Unity) and Ankleshwar to Kevadia has been completed.
