Alpesh, his two aide MLAs to quit Congress party but will continue as MLA

Gandhinagar: Alpesh Thakor’s top aide and Bayad Congress MLA Dhavalsinh Zala today said neither he nor his mentor Alpesh Thakor will resign from the post of the member of legislative assembly (MLA). Zala said Alpesh Thakor was outside Gujarat. He said Alpesh will address a press conference tomorrow. Zala passed hint that He along with Alpesh will resign from all posts of Congress party. Zala said that Bharat Thakor, Congress MLA from Becharaji seat would also join them and a decision would be taken jointly for all 3 of them. He said that for him his community was larger than the party. To a query about the core committee meeting of Thakor Sena which has alleged that Congress was ignoring it, Zala said that he had also in the past given Gujarat Congress president a written letter but so far nothing has been done about it.
