Gandhinagar: 998 new cases of Covid-19 are detected in last 24 hours ending at 5.00 pm today as per the State Health department’s daily bulletin released today evening. In this same period, 777 Covid-19 patients have recovered while 20 have died. Surat city has recorded highest 209 new cases followed by Ahmedabad city at 178. Total active cases in the State is 11,613 including 78 critical. Gujarat has so far seen discharge of 35,659 Covid-19 patients along with 2,167 deaths.
