Top Gujarati movie actor Naresh Kanodia passes away

Gandhinagar: Veteran Gujarati film actor and former BJP MLA Naresh Kanodia is no more. Nareshbhai was battling with Coronavirus infection and related complications since October 20. He was kept on ventilator support later at UN Mehta hospital. His elder brother Mahesh Kanodia passed away just two days ago. Born in 1943 at Kanoda village of Bechraji taluka in Mahesana district, Nareshbhai is survived by his BJP MLA son Hitu Kanodia, also an actor. Naresh Kanodia started his film career with ‘Veni ne avya ful’. He worked in over 135 movies including Hiran ne kantha, Meru Malan, Dhola Maru, Moti Verana Chowk Ma, Palavde Bandhi Prit, Pradeshi Maniyaro, Vanzari Vav, Tame Re Champo Ne Ame Kel, Jode Rehjo Raj, Paras Padamni, Kaljano Katko etc.
