February 12, 2021
Gandhinagar: Gujarat BJP chief CR Patil today said that the Page committee drive of BJP, started from Surat has spread across entire Gujarat like wildfire.
He said, ‘I met BJP national president Naddaji recently and he told me that the Page committee drive is going to be implemented across India compulsorily. It is a matter of pride for us that someone has to learn from us and replicate it elsewhere. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to write a letter, an auspicious message addressing to page committee members in next two-three days. We have made 50 lakh page committee members and our target is to enroll total 76 lakh members across Gujarat. Out of 58 lakh page committee members, computer entries of 28 lakh names has been completed. Yagneshbhai Dave (State Media Cell Convener) is State level incharge of that task. He monitors the progress on daily basis and report me taht in which assembly constituency, how many members have been entered into computer list.’
