Ahmedabad: Reacting to AAP chief and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s remark that BJP and Congress are in cahoots in Gujarat, the main opposition Congress party’s State Spokesperson Manish Doshi today alleged that AAP is B team of BJP.
“Making false allegations, creating anarchy and speaking all other things but not addressing the basic issue is identity of Arvind Kejriwal,” Doshi said adding that, “Kejriwal is not able to help the BJP directly and therefore has come as BJP’s B team to help BJP.”
Doshi pointed out that AAP had also helped BJP during recent elections in Gujarat.
Kejriwal had today while addressing the media in Ahmedabad alleged that BJP and Congress are in cahoots in Gujarat. He also alleged that BJP’s prolong rule in Gujarat for last over 25 years is due to the fact that BJP and Congress are one.
Meanwhile Gujarat Congress’s senior leader Arjun Modhwadia in a tweet said: Tall leaders including late Chimanbhai Patel, Shankersinh Vaghela, late Keshubapa couldn’t become an alternative option of BJP then how one who has come from Delhi can become one? Congress was the alternative and it will remain so.
