Ahmedabad: Online registration for the examination of GUJCET 2021 will begin from 23rd June 2021, while the exam is likely to be conducted in August 2021. GUJCET is conducted for admissions in engineering and pharmacy courses after standard 12th for the science stream students.

Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has declared that the online registration of the GUJCET 2021 will begin at 12.30 PM on 23rd June and remain open till 30th June. The fees will be Rs. 300 for the exam and the facility of online payment will be provided.

Last year, GUJCET was conducted on 24th August 2020 and more than 1.30 lakh students had appeared for the exam.

Before the GUJCET exams, the examination for repeater students of class 10th and 12th will be conducted from 15th to 28th July 2021 this year. Around 6 lakh private and repeater students have registered for this examination. The exam comprising 80 marks will be conducted for the repeaters of class 10th and exam of class 12th- science stream will consist of 50 percentage Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and 50 percentage descriptive questions. Exam will be conducted across the state observing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of Covid-19.
