June 29, 2021
Ahmedabad: Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (AUDA) has approved expansion of Ahmedabad-Dahegam highway to a four-lane at a cost of Rs 13 crores for smooth movement of traffic on this stretch.
There were complains from commuters hat they had to face frequent traffic-issues on this two-lane highway on a daily basis. AUDA had initially planned to expand this road in its development plan of year 2014 but the works remained pending for last 7 years.
Works for the highway stretch with a 24 metre long approach are likely to complete in one year. DeshGujarat
