Dream City Surat’s office and garden works

Surat: Chief Minister Vijaybhai Rupani is likely to perform ground breaking of Rs. 13 crore office of DREAM (Diamond Research and Mercantile) city project which is in 3500 square meter area on 7th August. Ground breaking is also likely to be performed for a garden developed in 50,000 square meters of land at cost of Rs 29.50 crores.
DREAM-city is being developed in 681 hectares of land at Khajod in Surat city. PM Narednra Modi had laid foundation stone of the DREAM-city station of Surat Metro. The entrance gate of the DREAM city will be built at cost of more than Rs 9.50 crores. The lift in the entrance gate will cost Rs 39.28 lakhs.
6 percent area of the DREAM city is reserved as garden area and 8 percent is reserved as open green area. The garden area in-total will be spread across 2,95,545 square meter and an open green area in 4,42,013 square meters of land.
