Surat: Ghanshyam Dholakia, one of directors of Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd and brother of diamond businessman Savjibhai Dholakia has purchased Rs. 185 crore bungalow of Essar group on Worli Sea Face in Mumbai. He has paid Rs. 93,000 per square ft for this deal to own a 19,886 square ft bungalow that has basement and ground plus six floors. Rs. 2.57 crore sum has been paid as stamp duty. Rs. 47 crore sum bas been paid for lease of the land, Rs. 51.45 crore as market value, Rs. 6.91 crore as stamp duty while Rs. 36.5 crore sum has been obtained as loan from finance company.
