Ahmedabad: Gujarat High Court has has issued a restraining order on the implementation of sections 3, 4, 4A, 4B , 4C, 5, 6 and 6A of recently implemented Gujarat Freedom of Religion (Amendment) Act, popularly known as “anti love jihad” law.
