Protest against Delhi – Mumbai Expressway, Dahod Smart City Project voiced in Gujarat Congress function

Dahod: Protest against construction of Delhi – Mumbai expressway passing through Zalod taluka of Dahod district was voiced in a ‘Sanyojak Samvad’ function in Dahod on September 19. Dahod District Congress Committee protested the construction of this expressway which would cut short the hours of travel between national capital Delhi and financial capital Mumbai.
Dahod District Congress committee had organized a Sanyojak Samvad program in Dahod city in the presence of Gujarat Pradesh Congress Committee president Amit Chavda.
Chavda attacked the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government for various issues. In this program, the Congress leaders protested the Highway passing from Zalod taluka and alleged that the lands of the farmers are being seized for the same. They also raised issues for Dahod Smart City Project and alleged that a scam of crores of rupees is being conducted in Dahod city in the name of smart-city.
