Salangpur Hanuman Mandir to have new high-tech Bhojanalay

Salangpur: A new hi-tech bhojanalay at Shree Kashtbhanjandev Mandir, Salangpur will have a capacity of 4 thousand people.
The new bhojanalay is being built across 7 bigha land at a cost of Rs 40 crores. The food will be prepared here without usage of gas, fire and electricity. The building of the bhojanalay will have the construction of around 2 lakh 30 thousand square feet. It will be based on 250 columns. The steps will be of 75 feet breadth. It will also have a facility of 2 escalators between the steps for senior citizens and specially abled people. It will have a special cavity wall to maintain the indoor temperature. It will have 4 dining halls. The general dining hall will be of 110 × 278 feet which will be of a capacity of 4 thousand people. There will also be VIP and VVIP dining halls. The kitchen will be built in 60 × 100 feet.
The existing bhojanalay at the mandir is 30 years old and prasad is provided at free cost to the devotees. The oil based technology has been used to prepare meals there since 2017 and there is no direct usage of gas or electricity. The new bhojanalay is likely to start before the Diwali festival in the upcoming year.
