Gujarat election year 2022: Amit Shah to address a lakh-strong gathering in Gujarat on January 16

Surat: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will attend a gathering of 6,000 cooperative unions of Surat and Tapi in Surat on 16th January. Around one lakh people associated with sugar and milk unions in South Gujarat are likely to attend this function under the leadership of SUMUL dairy.
The gathering will take place at 11 am, in which Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel, state BJP president CR Patil and State cabinet ministers will also remain present. Union Home Minister and the first Minister of Cooperation in India Amit Shah is likely to announce the central government schemes for the cooperation sector in this gathering. Issues such as ethanol-based sugar unions, dairy development and so on will be discussed in this gathering.
Sumul dairy chairman Mansinh Patel and district bank vice chairman and district BJP president Sandip Desai informed that a meeting will be held in Bardoli today at 1 pm regarding this program. The jilla and taluka panchayat, municipalities, elected members of gram panchayats, milk unions, sugar unions, service cooperative unions, APMC, incumbents of cooperative banks, cooperative leaders, and farmer leaders will remain present in it.
