VHP Gujarat appeals to hold no protest programmes and maintain law and order

Gandhinagar: Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) has today appealed all Hindu brothers to not organize any display or any memorandum presenting programme over Kishan Bharwad’s murder and attacks on Hindus. VHP has issue an appeal to maintain peace. VHP Secretary for Gujarat region, Ashok Rawal in a public appeal said, the intention behind this request is to maintain the law and order situation and extend cooperation to police and administration to boost their morale so that they can do probe in stronger manner. Rawal in his appeal statement said that the government has assured Hindu community that necessary steps will be taken, so that radicals don’t dare to do this in future. Sources in VHP said, some anti-social and politically motivated people may mix with the protesters and do something that may spread violence. Signs of such attempts could be seen at two to three places today where protests were held. DeshGujarat
