Coming up: The first five-star hotel of Gujarat right on the seashore

Bhuj: The first five-star hotel on the 1600-km seashore of Gujarat will come up near Kranti Teerth in Mandvi, Kutch.
The five star hotel named ‘Hotel Cliff’ with 172 rooms will be built in 18 acres land besides kranti teerth in survey number 268. Riteshbhai Tanna- Director of Cliff resorts private limited company informed that 92 rooms out of total 172 rooms of the hotel will be sea-side.
The hotel will have construction of 2 lakh square feet. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 100 crore. MoU for same signed with the tourism department of the state government.
The process of getting various approvals is about to be completed. The construction work is likely to be started within a month. The project is likely to be completed till March 2023 and it is likely to be started on a commercial basis from June 2023.
Anantbhai Tanna- one of the partners in the project informed that a new concept of partnership will be implemented for 30 to 40 percent of the rooms. The ownership of the room will be given to the person willing to do investment and that person will give the respective room on lease to the company.
