Narmada district to get invaluable gift in form of District Science Center
June 01, 2022
Narmada: With efforts of Narmada district collector, DA Shah, plans are afoot to develop a District Science Center on 2 acres of land at Jitgarh village of Nandod taluka. The idea of developing the science center is to promote a scientific, constructive and creative temperament amongst children, youth and people of the district.
The Science Center will cost Rs 10 crore and will have an auditorium, galleries, simulator ride, a min- 3D theater, science park, discovery center and outdoor science park.
This is another feather in the cap for the district collector because of which the district administration whose far-sighted vision to implement various projects in phases is getting approval from the top most authorities.
Once fully developed, the District Science Centre will be a big attraction for science and technology geeks as well as for the general people of the district. DeshGujarat
