June 03, 2022
Vyara: The ‘Khristi Adhikar Mahasammelan’ scheduled on June 6 in Vyara has been called off after chief minister Bhupendra Patel in the presence of state BJP president, CR Patil, assured leaders from the Christian community that no government circular had been issued with respect to delisting those scheduled castes and scheduled tribe community members who had converted to Christianity.
Both the chief minister and the state BJP President during the meeting assured the leaders of the Christian community that the BJP government in the state is working for all sections of society (Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas mantra) and there is no question of hounding any particular community for any reason whatsoever.
