Gandhinagar: Kaushaly- The Skill University (KSU) launched 9 graduation courses and 70 diploma and certificate courses. The last date for making applications for the courses on the website of KSU is 30th June.

Each of the 9 courses will have one year apprenticeship in the 5th and 6th semesters, after 2 years of skill education. The students will get an opportunity to earn an income of Rs 70 thousand to Rs 1 lakh during apprenticeship. KSU has also arranged scholarships and education loans. The job opportunities suitable to the education will be also provided to the students after successfully completing apprenticeship.

KSU has made contracts with over 200 companies for ‘apprenticeship’ and ‘on-the-job’. Total 840 apprenticeship seats and 1832 on-the-job positions will be made available to the students under the contract.

The job will be provided to the students at the admission stage through entrance test and interview in B.Sc. Steel Technology course and the company will also provide the fees, cost of food and accommodation of the students and stipend.

Over 200 seats are there in the 2 courses providing job opportunities along with the studies. KSU has made 250 apprenticeship seats available in Information Technology BCA Cloud Computing course. DeshGujarat
