E-FIR System gets 156 applications in 48 hours of its launch

Gandhinagar: The e-FIR system of Gujarat Police received 156 applications within 48 hours after its launch.
The e-FIR app was launched at the hands of Union home minister Amit Shah on 23rd July. It has received 156 applications from the state within 48 hours of the launch. The highest number of applications were received from Gandhinagar which is 56; followed by 27 in Mehsana, 24 in Amdavad, 4 in Vadodara, 2 in Dang, and 2 in Dahod.
Many of the applications are registered too. A college campaign has started from 23rd July to 14th August to encourage people to download the app. The officials such as the home minister, DGP, PI, and PSI will join the campaign.
