VHP and Thakor community protest in Patdi over an alleged love jihad case

Surendranagar: Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Thakor community members protested and gave a memorandum to mamlatdar in Patdi over an alleged love jihad case in which a Muslim youth from Aligadh in Viramgam eloped with a Hindu female of Patdi.
The Hindu female’s family members alleged that the Muslim man eloped with her after enticing and threatening her. The Muslim man and the Hindu female worked in the same electric showroom. The incident has caused agitation among the Thakor community. VHP and Thakor community leaders gave a memorandum to mamlatdar in Patdi demanding to return the female to her family members.
