Vadodara: Six passengers of a luxury bus going to Mumbai from Bhilwara, Rajasthan died in an accident between the luxury bus and a trailer truck near Kapurai chokdi in Vadodara.

The luxury bus was going to Mumbai from Bhilwara in Rajasthan. It met with an accident with a trailer truck filled with wheat in the morning near Kapurai chokdi. The bus collided with the trailer in an attempt to overtake it. The driver of the trailer escaped from the site along with the trailer after the accident. Six persons including two males, 3 females and 1 child died in the accident. The six persons Sandip Kachorilal Kalal, Kisan Bhai, Shanti Nai, Sunita Nai, and an unidentified 25-year old female died in the accident. Total 17 passengers are injured and they were admitted to Sayaji Hospital for treatment.
