Morbi: Russian President Vladimir Putin in a letter addressed to President and Prime Minister of India has conveys condolences over Morbi tragedy.

The letter states ” Please accept our most sincere condolences on the tragic consequences of the bridge collapse in the state of Gujarat. Please convey the words of sympathy and support to the families of the victims as well as the wishes of speedy recovery to all those affected by this disaster. ”

Morbi hanging bridge collapsed at around 6.30 pm yesterday. Search and rescue operation are still going on and the death toll stands at 132.
