Raj Kumar appointed as new Chief Secretary of Gujarat

Gandhinagar: Gujarat government has appointed Raj Kumar, IAS (1978 batch of Gujarat cadre) as Chief Secretary of State with effect from 31st of January. Rajkumar who is the Additional Chief Secretary for the Home department at present will officiate as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in Chief Secretary’s office till 31st January. Raj Kumar will replace the present Chief Secretary Pankaj Kumar who is on extended term post-retirement.
