Shela: Shanti Asiatic School has withheld the results of over 200 students for not using the school bus to come to school, as complained by some parents.

The trustees of the school, located in Shela, Ahmedabad, have pressured parents to use the school bus to send their children to school instead of using a van service. To enforce this, the school management has asked parents of each student who does not use the school bus to fill out a form stating that they agree to send their child on the bus from the next semester.

On Friday, parents gathered outside the school campus to complain about this issue to the school trustees. However, the security guard did not allow them to enter the school, so they protested outside the campus and lodged a complaint at the DEO office. It is learned that the parents of students who do not use the school bus were not called for the parents’ meeting. DeshGujarat
