Una court grants bail to Hindu activist Kajal Hindustani

Gir Somnath: Una Court has granted bail to Hindu activist Kajal Hindustani in the Ram Navami speech case.
The court has granted her conditional bail on a bond of ₹50,000. She is not allowed to leave the country and will have to submit her passport in court. Hindustani will step out of Junagadh jail after five days of being arrested on Sunday.
Kajal was arrested by police and sent to 14 days of judicial custody for her Ram Navami gathering speech in Una in the Saurashtra region of Gujarat.

Kajal Shingala, also known as Kajal Hindustani, was charged by the Una Police following objections from local Muslims about comments she made in a speech. Kajal’s speech discussed land jihad and love jihad, and allegedly caused communal tension in the town after the video of her speech went viral.
