Light to moderate rains very likely in parts of Gujarat on May 30-31

Gandhinagar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted unseasonal rains in parts of Gujarat on May 30th and 31st.
According to the IMD Bulletin, “Light thunderstorm with lightning and surface wind 30- 40 kmph (in gust) accompanied with light to moderate rain very likely at isolated places in the districts of Gujarat region namely Ahmedabad, Aravalli, Banaskantha, Gandhinagar, Kheda, Mahisagar, Mehsana, Patan and Sabarkantha; in the districts of Saurashtra-Kutch namely Amreli, Bhavnagar and Kutch,” on May 30th.
Wind warning: – Strong surface winds 30-40 KMPH gusting to 50KMPH very likely to prevail over the Gujarat region and Saurashtra-Kutch on May 30th.
On May 31st, “Light to Moderate rain/thundershowers very likely at isolated places in the districts of Gujarat region namely Banaskantha and Sabarkantha.”
