Uvarsad, Gandhinagar: Karnavati University organised a charismatic discussion on ‘The War Within’ by noted filmmaker, Mr Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri today.
Vivek Agnihotri is the Member of the Board, Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) and a national award winner film director, screenwriter and author with super hits like The Kashmir Files, Tashkent Files and upcoming promising film Vaccine Story.
During his session, he spoke about the role of Indian women in shaping the world order.
“Feminism is a concept of the West. They changed the definition of empowerment. According to them, only those women who work at factories are empowered. Women empowerment films in India are focused on the idea of independence derived from the western world. Modern feminism doesn’t have the sentiment of sacrifice. There is nobody in the world who is more empowered than the women of India.” Mr Agnihotri said during the interactive session.
“It’s time to celebrate our real heroes. The real heroes of India are Indian women and it is important to put them on the world stage, and tell them that if the world will live happily, it will be their women. Indian economy will turn from $3 tr to $5 trillion due to the Naari Shakti,” he said.
“All civilisations of the world have ended. Only civilisation that is alive and thriving in this modern world is the Indian civilisation, which has survived despite centuries of slavery here. The biggest crisis of the world is trust deficit according to noted political an social thinkers. Indians are known for their trust, which is their universal quality. The world is understanding the importance of sentiment of sacrifice to save other lives and build other lives,” he further went on to say. DeshGujarat
