PM Narendrabhai Modi likely to address a gathering of women in Vadodara

Vadodara: Prime Minister Narendrabhai Modi is likely to address a public meeting here at Navlakhi ground on September 27. The Special Protection Group(SPG) which protects the Prime Minister is already camping in Vadodara.
The Prime Minister will be on two days visit to home-state Gujarat. He will arrive at SVPI airport in Ahmedabad on September 26 and address a gathering of women. He will have a night halt at Raj Bhavan in Gandhinagar and will participate in a function to mark the 20 years of Vibrant Gujarat summits at Science City in Ahmedabad next day. He will also visit Bodeli and launch the School of Excellence scheme along with other developmental works.
After addressing a large gathering at Bodeli, the Prime Minister will fly to Vadodara where he is expected to address a gathering of women at Navlakhi ground regarding the passing of Nari Shakti Vandan bill recently in parliament.
It is yet not decided whether the Prime Minister will travel between Vadodara airport to Navlakhi ground in helicopter or by road. Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC) has started fixing the damages on roads on the route because if monsoon conditions are not favorable, the Prime Minister may reach Navlakhi ground from airport by road.
