Statue of Unity: Prime Minister Narendrabhai Modi will be on yet another visit to Home-State Gujarat on 31st October to mark Rashtriya Ekta Divas at the Statue of Unity in Central Gujarat. Ekta Parade which is organized every year on Sardar Patel jayanti on 31st October will take place this year also. The Prime Minister is likely to inaugurate and lay foundation stones for several tourist-interest and developmental projects such as visitors’ centre, snake house, public cycle sharing, e-bus, authorized guide service, family boat from SoU to Narmada dam, Speed Boat from SBB to SoU, 100-bed trauma hospital and open jungle safari near canal point.
